Couples counselling sessions are 90 minutes.
Service Description
Counselling sessions will be offered via secure telehealth video platform or telephone until further notice. If you need to reschedule your session please contact Sagewood to notify of cancellation within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or full session fees will be charged. Reimbursement for all or part of fees may be available through your insurance provider with submission of your receipt. Direct billing not available at present.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide SageWood Counselling cancellation notice by email or telephone at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged full session fees.
