Grounded in positive psychology and mindfulness, I offer evidence-based counselling for anxiety, depression, and PTSD, including EMDR and somatic and CBT/DBT-informed approaches. I provide a supportive, non-judgemental space to explore what feels stuck and create meaningful change.
With a Master’s in Social Work and over 20 years of experience, I offer trauma-informed, culturally safe counselling. Together, we’ll build on your strengths to support healing and a more balanced, fulfilling life.
